Access to your personal data / Right to be forgotten

Your personal data is fully accessible and editable on your personal Account and Profile pages. To obtain a downloadable version (.CVS format) of your data, please send an email to All the information you provide for order processing can be completely deleted by our servers, including (progressive) back-ups or data stored in (semi) permanent back-up systems by sending an email to or by requesting it under your Account page. All the data (including past purchases) will be permanently and unrecoverably deleted, as you never created an account on our systems in the first place.
